Big Sigh of Relief Here

Watched my numbers spike out of control this week, and worried, quite a bit, then discoverd my carbs were out of balance with my protein, and, I actually wasn't well the past week or more, and that will spike numbers.  Ad to that old test strips, that need to be used just right, to get an accuracte reading and I was both confused and frightened, over the past two weeks.  Today's corrections brought things back under control and now my numbers are running at healthy levels again.  What a scary week!
