It's A Very Good Day

Readings were a bit high last night.  Today, however, they are settling down nicely to pre diabetic levels.  Had lunch at the Longhorn.  It was wonderful as usual and all perfectly within my limitations.  Have a few skin problems I don't understand, but I'll watch it and go see someone, if they continue to be a problem.  Got some groceries today, to keep me going towards my goal of beating diabetes, at it's own game.
